Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Stockroom can import a spreadsheet, help map its columns, and organize products into an inventory list. Review the import preview before confirming your data.
Can I use Stockroom on my phone?
Stockroom has layouts for phones and computers. You use the application through your web browser; an internet connection is required.
How do I choose a plan?
Choose Starter for everyday inventory, Professional for more capacity, physical counts and optional online-store syncing, or Advanced for kit and pack tracking.
What will the free trial include?
When registration opens, your selected plan will include a 14-day trial, available once per workspace. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews monthly at your selected plan’s price. Registration is not open yet; clicking a trial button does not start a trial or charge.
What happens after the trial?
Unless you cancel before your 14-day trial ends, your subscription automatically renews monthly at the selected plan’s price. Checkout will show your price and trial end date before you subscribe.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Cancel anytime through the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period. After access ends, you can view and export inventory, but cannot make changes. There are no refunds for partial months. For review of duplicate or incorrect charges, contact contact@stockroomsystems.com.
Can I change plans later?
Account Owners will manage plan changes in the billing portal when subscriptions launch. The portal will show the effective date and any charge before confirmation. Existing inventory is preserved when a plan changes.
Does each product quantity count toward my product limit?
No. The product limit counts catalog entries across your workspace. For example, one catalog entry with 500 units on hand counts as one product. Separate entries in different inventory lists count separately.
Can I keep tools switched off?
Yes. Owners and inventory coordinators can turn workspace features off when they are not needed. Available features will depend on the subscription plan.
Do I need an online store to use Stockroom?
No. Use Stockroom for inventory, kits, and pack tracking without connecting a store. Online-store features can stay off in your workspace.
What happens when a kit is built?
Stockroom deducts the component quantities defined in the recipe and records the finished kits. You can track what is available to build and what is ready to ship or issue.
Which online platform does Stockroom currently connect to?
The current integration is Shopify. It supports product matching, stock deductions for paid orders, and stock restoration for restocked refunds. Additional platform integrations are planned; arbitrary website connections are not currently supported.
Can I control what employees can access?
Yes. Workspace feature settings determine which tools are enabled, while employee roles and permissions determine who can access them.

Subscriptions

Unless canceled before the trial ends, subscriptions automatically renew monthly at the selected plan’s price: Starter $19.99, Professional $49.99, or Advanced $79.99 per workspace. Registration and payments remain closed.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime through the billing portal. Access continues through the paid period. After access ends, inventory remains available to view and export, but changes are blocked. No refunds are provided for partial months. Contact us to request review of a duplicate or incorrect charge.
